International Patients Guide

  • 1. Plan your visit

    Please submit enquiry form through our website,e-mail, or simply call us at +82 32 290 2652~8(Please send us information such as your symptoms,relevant medical reports).

  • 2. Appointment Confirmation

    After your information is received, we will provide you with the appointment details, expected treatment plans, and estimated cost.

  • 3. Visa Assistance

    We will offer a verification letter for your visa application if you needed.

  • 4. Accomodation & Transport Arrangements
  • 5. Arriving in Korea

Outpatient Guide

  • 1. Registration

    You will be asked to fill a Patient registration form. Please bring your medical records(Medical Certificate,pathologic reports,films, CD or slides), or medicine you are taking.

  • 2. Consultation
  • 3. Payment
  • 4. Examination, Prescription
  • 5. Receive medicine, Make an appointment for additional tests or consultation
  • 6. Returning home

Admission Guide

  • 1. Admission process
    • Admission will be determined by Doctor's discretion. Once hospitalization is schduled, you will be asked to complete "Pre-admission Agreement" and pay the deposit(Cash only). Our staff will help you throughout the admission process.
  • 2. Room types / What to bring
    • Please let us know your preference of room types upon admission(Shared room / Semi-private, Private, and VIP room).
    • We offer basic toiletries and slippers. If you wish to buy any other items, they can be purchased at the supermarket located at Lobby floor.
  • 3. Staying in hospital
    • Our staff will assist you during your hospitalization.
    • Meal service: We offer various kinds of meal choices for our international patients.
  • 4. Discharge
    • Your doctor will inform you when you are fit for discharge. The ward nurse may give you a follow-up appointment with your specialist’s outpatient clinic and prescribed medicines.
    • If you need any copies of your medical records, diagnostic testing at our hospital, please ask nurse before discharge.

Insurance Coverage

  • Please check with your insurer or agent on your coverage for your expenses.
    If you have a letter of authorization, or inform us documents you need, we will help you accordingly.
